I think we need an Fish of the Week Eidtorial meeting regards setting standards!
How about Kongo Eel, Katfish (prevalent in the Eastern reaches of the Thames) and King Prawns (found in in most good Chinese restaurants, so no SCUBA gear required to spot these)
